Q: How long is the duration of the Warranty for parts and services provided?
A: We provide a Standard One Year Warranty Period on Parts and Labor with all parts we procure, provide and install. Our Invoices show when the Warranty period will expire.
Q: What if the desired outcome(s) is/are not met during the appointment for the Project(s).
A: We do not charge for our time (Labor) if the intended goal(s) is/are not met.
Q: Do you provide secure online Billing?
A: Yes, a Quickbooks detailed Invoice is emailed and texted showing what was done, charged for and the Warranty period for the parts and labor.
